How far in advance should I book an appointment?Although same day appointments are sometimes available, it’s best to schedule your appointment 24-48 hours in advance.

Do you offer color services?We offer temporary color services as well as semi-permanent hair color. For all semi-permanent requests, a consultation must be booked prior to service being provided.

What kind of clients do you serve?We are a full service shop and can serve the entire family regardless of gender or hair texture.

What is your cancellation policy?All cancellation requests must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment, or you will be charged for your appointment time slot.
